Odoo 20 was launched on 24 September 2026 at Odoo Experience in Brussels. This release puts artificial intelligence at the heart of the ERP, with agents that automate routine work, reports requested in plain language and built-in assistance across the website, sales, projects and accounting. For consultants, integrators and key users, the Odoo functional certification remains the recognised proof of hands-on command of the software, and it follows each new version.
The Odoo functional exam is demanding through breadth rather than depth: it sweeps across a dozen applications in a short time. For version 19 it had 120 questions in 90 minutes, a 70 per cent pass mark and a half-point penalty per wrong answer, which punishes guessing. It is offered in English or Spanish, which makes this English bank the closest match to real conditions.
This practice quiz draws on a bank of 300 questions, larger than our earlier preparations, so that each 50-question session differs from the last. Roughly one question in five covers what is new in Odoo 20: Peppol e-invoicing, kanban production planning, the new timesheet widget, click and collect, restaurant point of sale and offline work on mobile.
