Contexte technique
The PMI-ACP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, is the agile credential awarded by the Project Management Institute. It is aimed at professionals who lead or support work in adaptive settings: project managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, agile coaches and delivery team members. For PMP holders who increasingly work in iterative mode, it is the logical companion to the credential they already hold.
The real exam has 120 questions, 100 of them scored, to be answered in 3 hours. It spans four domains: Mindset at 28 per cent, Leadership at 25 per cent, Product at 19 per cent and Delivery at 28 per cent, 24 tasks in all. What makes it hard is that it does not test knowledge of any particular framework. It assesses whether you reason as an agile practitioner, and more than half of the marks sit in mindset and delivery. Candidates who know Scrum by heart but apply its rules without grasping their intent keep running into questions where several answers look right.
